Please bring a water bottle, workout clothes/shoes and a Credit Card to your first Bootcamp class with us!
Our classes run Tuesday & Thursday at 1:15pm AND Saturday at 11:45am, Sunday at 1:45pm. Bring a water bottle, clean shoes and workout clothes. We will also setup a Credit card on the first class with us.
