Laurie is a CrossFit Games repeat gold medalist, 2019 & 2021 and a World Record holder at Masters Weightlifting. She has competed eleven years, ten of them qualifying to the Games. Of the nine years she competed at the Games, she was on the podium five times. Laurie says each time was validation of her work rooted in and evolving out of the years she didn’t make the podium. It was in the losing years where she figured out who she wanted to be. Laurie presents those valuable losing and winning lessons through her consulting business, On Point Coaching. She knows everyone can win with the right guidance to understand and develop their gift.
