What is Sweat Class?

CrossFit sweat classes DO NOT need the foundations program to start! Just jump right into classes!! This is also a great way to come and see our facility, get to know some coaches and get a sweat on! â€‹â€‹

​​How does this differ from CrossFit class?

While traditional CrossFit classes focus on barbells, advanced gymnastics, and heavy lifting, this bootcamp-style class is all about high-energy cardio and endurance. We prioritize bodyweight exercises and mix in functional tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, sleds, and more to keep you challenged and moving. If you want to boost your cardio and break a sweat this class is for you! 

 

What if I want to become a CrossFit member?

You have a couple options....depending on how long you have been attending our "SWEAT" classes....you could book a "barbell foundations" and become a full CrossFit member. Simply email info@crossfitashlar.com for all the information! ALL CrossFit memberships include access to SWEAT classes.

Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm

Wednesday 10:00-11:00am & 6:30-7:30pm​

Thursday 6:30-7:30pm

Sunday 12:30-1:30pm​​​
