GETTING STARTED WITH US!

 

We are dedicated to making the introduction process for our CrossFit program as smooth as possible. Each new person interested in joining CrossFit Ashlar must start with our Foundations program, 2 group training sessions (2 hrs long each) over a scheduled weekend. Each session a coach(es) will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and have fun! Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit and you completed 2 of the required foundations sessions, you will graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!

GROUP FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM: $150.00 (ask us when our next weekend session is scheduled and get YOU started!)

PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM: $200.00 (If you can't make the weekend dates, we can schedule 2 private sessions around your schedule)

 

Once a new member has graduated from foundations they pick from the following:

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS: 

  • Full Time (unlimited classes per month) - $189

  • Part Time (10 classes per month) - $139

  • Student Rate (unlimited classes per month) - $125

  • Couples Unlimited - $309

  • Family rate- contact us for details.

  • We also offer a First Responders rate.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

**All memberships are set up on a recurring payment basis using a Visa or Mastercard.

We require a 4 month commitment (not pre-paid) after you complete your foundations program with us. We put our heart & soul into the preparing and teaching of NEW members  and in return we require a NEW members full commitment also :) After that, memberships continue to run on a month-to-month basis and cancellation simply requires 30 days notice**
